Organization Development & Culture TransformationDiagnose organizational challenges using interviews, data, and assessments.Design and execute OD interventions, culture frameworks, and transformation initiatives.Develop processes, playbooks, habit formation mechanisms, and behavioral interventions.Build EX touchpoints and solutions that improve alignment, engagement, and belonging.2. Performance Management & Performance Systems DesignWork on end-to-end performance management redesign projects for client organizations.Build simple, clear, future-ready performance systems (beyond traditional KRAs/OKRs).Create capability models, performance scorecards, clarity frameworks, and growth pathways.Facilitate performance calibration, feedback systems, and manager enablement programs.Support organizations in creating continuous performance & learning rhythms.3. AI-Enabled Process & Solution BuildingUse AI meaningfully to design frameworks, analyze data, build tools, automate tasks, and strengthen project delivery.Experiment with new AI solutions, prompt strategies, and tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.Build AI-driven templates, dashboards, micro-systems, and workflow enhancements.Stay updated on AI trends relevant to HR, OD, and performance.4. Project Management & DeliveryOwn projects end-to-end: scoping, planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.Build structured documentation, decks, reports, and client deliverables.Manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure smooth delivery across multiple projects.5.
