About the Role We are looking for a versatile Engineer to join our Aspire team. This role involves taking ownership of multiple critical systems—from maintaining our Thriving Workplace platform to upgrading the Aspire Habit Formation Android, and contributing to AI-driven behavioral tools. A central role in building, scaling, and evolving user-focused experiences and backend systems using our existing AWS-based infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Build and Deploy neater versions of Aspire Habit Formation Android application. Develop clean, responsive, and accessible React.js interfaces. Maintain and enhance the Thriving Workplace frontend and backend systems. Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Build and maintain scalable APIs and microservices using Python and Node.js. Implement data analysis workflows, habit curation logic, and AI-based behavior modeling. Troubleshoot, monitor, and continuously improve system reliability and performance. Tech Stack Frontend: JavaScript, React.js, Kotlin Backend: Node.js, Python(Django) Mobile: Android Ideal Candidate Will Have 1+ years of experience as a developer or software engineer. Proficiency with Kotlin, Node.js, Python, and React.js. Experience working with MySQL or other relational databases. Solid understanding of Android development (Java or Kotlin) Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-native development practices. Ability to build, consume, and maintain RESTful APIs. Strong problem-solving skills and an independent, ownership-oriented mindset. Interest or experience in behavioral data, habit-forming products, or AI/ML applications.
