We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Email Marketing Strategist & Campaign Manager with a strong background in e-commerce and B2B email marketing. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of email campaigns, from strategic planning and list segmentation to technical implementation and performance analysis. You will play a critical role in enhancing engagement and maximizing ROI for our clients. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the buyer journey and capable of developing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth for clients. Additionally, knowledge of consumer psychology, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), brand positioning, and copywriting frameworks like AIDA is essential. Efficiency in creating content strategies is also a key requirement. Experience with Klaviyo is highly desirable.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and Execute Data-Driven Strategies:

    Create and implement email marketing strategies aligned with client goals, focusing on enhancing revenue through buyer journey optimization.
  • Campaign Execution and Team Guidance:

    Manage all aspects of email campaign execution and guide the team regarding operations, including list segmentation, template design, copywriting, A/B testing, and deployment.
  • Klaviyo Expertise:

    Utilize expertise with Klaviyo to optimize email marketing campaigns for e-commerce clients.
  • Buyer Journey Optimization:

    Develop marketing strategies that enhance the buyer journey, leading to increased client revenue.
  • Brand Positioning and Copywriting:

    Use brand positioning and copywriting frameworks like AIDA to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot Deliverability Issues:

    Identify and resolve email deliverability issues using tools like SMTP, DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
  • Email Automation Workflows:

    Design and optimize email marketing automation workflows (drip campaigns).
  • Competitive Analysis:

    Conduct in-depth competitive analysis of email marketing strategies within the e-commerce and B2B sectors to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Performance Analysis:

    Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.
  • Regulatory Compliance:

    Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant email marketing regulations.
  • Targeted Campaigns:

    Apply knowledge of consumer psychology and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to craft targeted campaigns.
  • Content Strategies:

    Develop efficient content strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Collaborate with sales, operations, and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Communication:

    Communicate campaign results and insights effectively through storytelling and data-driven narratives.
  • Cold Email Outreach:

    Develop and execute cold email outreach strategies for B2B clients, focusing on personalized and relevant messaging to drive engagement and conversions.
  • E-commerce Expertise:

    Leverage experience with e-commerce clients to understand their target audience and develop marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Continuous Learning:

    Embrace a mindset of continuous learning and testing to stay updated with the latest email marketing trends and best practices.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or Master's degree in any field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing email marketing campaigns for e-commerce and B2B clients.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies.
  • Expertise with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Instantly, etc.
  • Experience with email deliverability tools and techniques (MX Toolbox, Spamhaus, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage/handle multiple projects simultaneously.
