Job Description

Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Develop and execute email marketing strategies aligned with overall digital marketing goals. Campaign Creation: Design and build email campaigns, including writing copy, selecting templates, and incorporating graphics and personalization. List Management: Manage and segment email lists to target specific audience groups. Content Creation: Write compelling email content, including newsletters, promotional emails, and autoresponders. Automation: Implement email automation workflows to nurture leads and automate tasks. Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and email design. Reporting and Analysis: Analyze campaign performance using email marketing analytics tools to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaboration: Work with other marketing team members and stakeholders to ensure email campaigns align with overall marketing objectives. Skills and Qualifications: Writing and Copywriting: Strong writing skills are essential for crafting compelling email copy. HTML and CSS: A basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is essential for building and customizing email templates. Email Marketing Software: Proficiency in email marketing platforms like MailChimp, Constant Contact, or ActiveCampaign. Data Analysis: Ability to analyze campaign data and identify key performance indicators (KPIs). Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
