Email Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Email Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and conversions. This is an on-site role, and candidates must be available for in-person interviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted email marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution including planning, segmentation, A/B testing, automation, deployment, and performance analysis.
• Create compelling email content, subject lines, and CTAs to maximize open and click-through rates.
• Work closely with design, content, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment.
• Monitor campaign metrics and performance KPIs; provide actionable insights and optimizations.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
• Maintain and grow the email subscriber database through effective lead nurturing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2 to 8 years of proven experience in email marketing or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, zoominfo or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, segmentation, personalization, and automation.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data and campaign results.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Interview ProcessFace-to-face interview rounds are mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
