About the Role

Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, design, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Write compelling subject lines, CTAs, and email content tailored to audience segments.
  • Set up automation workflows (drip campaigns, lead nurturing, re-engagement).
  • Monitor key metrics such as open rate, CTR, and conversions to assess campaign performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and send times.
  • Ensure compliance with global email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams for creative assets.
  • Generate performance reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement.


Required Skills & Tools Knowledge


  • Hands-on experience with

    Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, Sendinblue (Brevo), or ActiveCampaign

  • Strong
