Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientated e-mail marketing executive. This role will work directly alongside our global marketing function, reporting into The Email Marketing Manager, to implement and deliver email and marketing automation campaigns.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid understanding of email build, campaign automation and CRM audience segmentation. The ideal candidate should be proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for digital marketing. This role would also require a keen interest in performance tracking and email marketing analysis.

Requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Campaign automation and email marketing
  • Support the Email marketing manager in the development of email, campaign automations and events within ClickDimensions and Microsoft D365 CRM, working alongside the Senior Digital Manager, Marketing, the CRM Product Owner, IT and Sales.
  • Help users identify different segmentation criteria based on audience behaviour, demographics, geography, and industry etc.
  • Create emails, implement a/b testing, personalisation, and dynamic content within email sends and help create automations/flows as required.
  • Create forms for the websites using ClickDimensions as required.
  • Ensure campaign automation execution is fully integrated with the corporate website, delivering seamless and consistent user experience (UX) for users.
  • Processes and Governance
  • Input into email template best practice and the development within all operating procedures.
  • Ensure all processes are understood and applied by the marketers.
  • Ensure both emails and automations are on-brand and applying best practice.
  • Automation and Email Performance Analytics
  • Measure and advise on the optimisation of email sends and lead nurturing campaigns with a focus on driving better engagement, efficiency, and scalability.

Who You Are:

  • Min. 2 experience within a digital or marketing role preferably within a B2B environment, or service, or support function
  • Experience of ClickDimensions, Marketo Eloqua, Pardot (Salesforce) or a similar marketing automation platform
  • A good understanding of current email - and ideally, marketing automation - principles
  • Proven track record of measuring the performance of digital marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems and the connectivity with automation platforms.

Qualifications And Skills

  • University degree or higher education qualification (business, marketing, digital or a related subject desirable).
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills with an ability to engage at all levels.
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, demonstrating a professional manner when working to tight deadlines and last-minute changes.
  • Excellent attention to detail in the production of accurate deliverables.
  • Applies good judgment to problem-solving and decision making.
  • Analytical with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations to improve performance
