Job Description

An Email Developer is responsible for creating, coding, and testing email campaigns and templates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. They ensure email communications are consistent across different email clients, devices, and browsers, and that they align with best practices and regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Building and Coding Emails: Develop and modify HTML email templates and campaigns from design comps, using best practices for email coding and rendering. Testing and Quality Assurance: Thoroughly test emails across various email clients, devices, and browsers to ensure consistent rendering and functionality. Troubleshooting and Optimization: Identify and resolve issues with email rendering, performance, and deliverability. Collaborating with Teams: Work with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective email campaigns. Staying Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in email development. Required Skills: Strong Coding Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Understanding of Email Best Practices: Knowledge of email design principles, coding techniques, and industry standards. Testing and QA: Experience with email testing tools and platforms, and a strong understanding of quality assurance processes. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues with email rendering and functionality. Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearly.
