Email Developer

Role Overview: As an Email Developer, your primary responsibility will be to design and develop responsive and visually appealing email templates using HTML, CSS, and email development best practices. You will collaborate with marketing and design teams to translate campaign goals into functional email templates, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Additionally, you will implement personalization and logic using JavaScript and optimize emails for performance and deliverability. Key Responsibilities: - Develop responsive and visually compelling email templates using HTML, CSS, and email development best practices. - Collaborate with marketing and design teams to translate campaign goals into functional email templates. - Implement personalization strings and conditional logic using JavaScript. - Test emails across various devices and email clients to ensure flawless rendering. - Manage, schedule, and deploy email campaigns using email marketing platforms. - Track and analyze email campaign performance, focusing on key metrics and making data-driven improvements. - Stay updated on industry trends, email deliverability, and new technologies to enhance email development processes. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in HTML, CSS (including media queries), and JavaScript for email development. - 4-6 years of hands-on experience in email development with a strong portfolio. - Strong understanding of email best practices, responsive design, cross-client compatibility, and deliverability. - Experience with email analytics tools such as Google Analytics. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
