Key Responsibilities: Greeting Visitors: Welcoming visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner. Managing Phone Calls: Answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate party. Scheduling Appointments: Booking and confirming appointments for staff members. Administrative Tasks: Performing clerical tasks like filing, data entry, and photocopying. Mail and Package Management: Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintaining the Office: Ensuring a clean and organized front office environment. Customer Service: Answering inquiries and providing general support to visitors and clients. General Support: Providing administrative support to other departments as needed. Essential Skills: Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with visitors and clients. Organization Skills: Ability to manage schedules, paperwork, and the front office area effectively. Computer Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Customer Service Skills: Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude when interacting with clients.
