Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven F&B Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving food and beverage business growth through field sales, client acquisition, relationship management, and market development. This role requires active field work and strong communication skills to promote our brand and services effectively. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients including corporate offices, event organizers and more. Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and acquire new business. Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to maximize repeat sales. Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs and requirements. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Coordinate with internal departments (F&B, operations) to ensure smooth service delivery. Gather market intelligence and competitor activity insights. Participate in promotional events, food fairs, and exhibitions as needed. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client databases. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups. Requirements: Proven experience in F&B or hospitality sales (1-2 years preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude. Willingness to travel extensively for field sales. Good knowledge of local market trends in the F&B industry. Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
