Role Overview

Email Automation & B2B Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Email & Marketing Automation

  • Design and execute high-performing email automation workflows for lead nurturing and reactivation.
  • Set up and manage automations in

    ActiveCampaign

    ,

    HubSpot

    , or

    Mailchimp

    , ensuring seamless integration with CRM and website forms.
  • Maintain email domain reputation by implementing best practices for

    deliverability, SPF, DKIM, and spam avoidance

    .
  • Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

2. B2B Sales & Partnerships

  • Identify and target potential school, university, and institutional partners globally.
  • Build automated lead funnels for outreach, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
  • Work with the partnerships team to convert inbound and organic leads into long-term institutional relationships.
  • Create personalized outreach sequences to engage decision-makers in schools and educational organizations.

3. WhatsApp & Multi-Channel Campaigns

  • Implement automated

    WhatsApp and email drip campaigns

    for both B2B and student engagement.
  • Use segmentation and behavioral triggers to deliver relevant and timely messages.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize messaging for better conversion.

4. Revenue & Funnel Optimization

  • Analyze and improve the customer journey from inquiry to conversion.
  • Collaborate with content, web, and tech teams to optimize landing pages, CTAs, and forms.
  • Increase revenue from existing leads through reactivation, retargeting, and upselling automation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in

    email automation, CRM management

    , and

    B2B lead generation

    .
  • Proven success using tools like

    ActiveCampaign

    ,

    HubSpot

    ,

    Mailchimp

    , or

    Zoho

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    email deliverability

    , spam filters, and sender reputation management.
  • Experience in

    education marketing, edtech

    , or

    institutional sales

    is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating

    WhatsApp Business API

  • Understanding of
