Job Description

ELV Project Engineer & Commissioning. To handle various projects of FIRE ALARM SYSTEM, CCTV, ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM etc. Handle sites, coordinate for smooth commissioning and project development. Erection & commissioning of BMS, FIRE, CCTV, ACCESS System. Efficient supervision of erection, installation & commissioning of Building Automation products. Maintenance Activity of Building Management system, Access, Fire, CCTV system. Maintain all documents related to section. An Electrical and Electronics Engineer with design, Installation and commissioning expertise to provide effective ELV system and Component Support. Skilled at Producing and reviewing project budgeting, Management, conducting system and component testing for extra low voltage system, and assessing test data to implement solution with full commissioning. Designing, Building, Managing and commissioning of ELV system. Good Knowledge of FAS, CCTV, ACS, Network, Electrical, EPABX, NCS, AV and Other ELV System Structure cabling and Commissioning Actives Responsible for all the Commissioning Activates of the ELV System. Coordinating for PM activities such as Fire System, Access system, Surveillances system. Maintaining and implementing client safety and security policy. Visiting customer’s site and ensuring their systems are working properly. Positioning fire alarm equipment using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment. Installing, commissioning and maintaining residential and domestic fire sprinkler systems. Demonstrating systems to customers and explaining details, such as the causes and consequences of false alarms to them. Knowledgeable about all fire safety codes and regulations. Troubleshooting of fire alarm panel. Testing all basic alarm panel functions to make sure that every offered feature is functional. Repairing non-functioning fire alarms and restoring them to original functionality or replacing them if necessary. Participating in meetings, billing, and documentation with client.
