ELV Project Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supervising and assisting in the design, installation, maintenance, and documentation of structured cabling projects. Additionally, you will be involved in project scheduling, coordination with trades, and acting as the single point of contact for project status. Key Responsibilities: - Perform surveys, price new projects, attend meetings, and propose solutions to installation issues. - Manage installation, technical, and sub-contract employees. - Manage all assigned projects (maximum of 2 projects) to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, meeting budgetary demands, and maintaining overall project ownership. - Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for those under your direct supervision. - Understand and implement requirements for smooth project processing. - Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. - Monitor progress, make adjustments as needed, and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. Qualifications Required: - Capability of handling 2 projects at a time. - Familiarity with handling structured cabling, CCTV, access control, etc. - Familiarity with BMS, AV Systems, Access Control, PA System, or other LV systems. - Willingness to travel as per project requirements. - Experience: 3+ years. Additional Details: The company expects preferred candidates with BICSI Level II Certification or PMP Certification. It is also essential to be familiar with BMS, AV Systems, Access Control, PA System, or other LV systems.,
