Department: EHS&S

Designation: Deputy Manager/ Sr. Engineer

Loction: Khavda, Banas Kantha & Surendra Nagar, Gujarat

Role & Responsibilities

*Should have experience in Solar Industry

Compliance & Regulations
: Ensuring adherence to local, national, and international EHS regulations, including environmental permits, hazardous material handling, and workplace safety laws.
Risk Assessment
: Identifying potential hazards in manufacturing processes, including chemical exposure, electrical risks, and ergonomic concerns, and implementing mitigation measures.
Incident Investigation
: Conducting root cause analysis for workplace accidents, near-misses, and environmental incidents, and implementing corrective actions.
Safety Training & Awareness
: Organizing safety drills, training sessions, and toolbox talks for employees to promote a strong safety culture.
Environmental Management:
Monitoring air emissions, wastewater treatment, waste disposal, and energy consumption to ensure sustainable manufacturing operations.
Emergency Preparedness:
Developing and maintaining emergency response plans, including fire safety, chemical spill response, and medical emergencies.
Workplace Inspections & Audits:
Conducting regular safety audits, inspections, and compliance checks to maintain high safety standards.
Contractor & Vendor Safety:
Ensuring that third-party contractors and vendors comply with company EHS policies and procedures.
ISO & EHS Certifications:
Implementing and maintaining EHS management systems such as ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety).
