The ideal candidate must be a Graduate in Engineering with a mandatory RLI (Regional Labour Institute) Certification and have 20+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. This role requires expertise in HSE strategy development, compliance management, risk assessment and safety culture implementation.
