Urgent Requirement for Edutech Sales Manager for Dubai (UAE Region)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Edutech Sales Manager in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including lead generation, pitching products, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client relationships in the education sector.


Qualifications

  • Sales experience in the edutech or tech industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of educational technology and digital solutions
  • Ability to understand market trends and customer needs
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Degree, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience working in the education sector is a plus
  • UAE sales experience in the education industry
  • Good convincing skills and the ability to create leads and closure
  • Visiting multiple educational institutions in the UAE region for closure
  • A valid passport with UAE work experience is a must
  • Medically should be fit .


Roles and Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Market Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education sector, including schools, colleges, universities, and training centers across the UAE.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the UAE education market.

Conduct regular market research to stay updated on trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.


2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (principals, academic heads, procurement officers) in educational institutions.

Provide product demonstrations and consultations to potential clients, aligning solutions with their specific requirements.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through continuous engagement and after-sales support.


3. Lead Generation & Conversion

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, events, and digital channels.

Qualify leads, manage the sales funnel, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Drive the complete sales cycle – from initial contact to deal closure.


4. Product Knowledge & Presentation

Gain a deep understanding of the company’s EdTech products, features, and benefits.

Deliver professional product presentations and training sessions to prospective clients.

Customize product solutions based on client feedback and institutional needs.


5. Sales Target Achievement

Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Track sales performance regularly and report on progress, pipeline, and forecasts to management.


6. Field Sales & Client Visits

Conduct regular visits to educational institutions across the UAE for meetings, presentations, and relationship building.

Represent the company at industry events, education fairs, and exhibitions.


7. CRM & Reporting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

Submit regular reports on client interactions, pipeline status, market feedback, and competitor intelligence.


Key Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in EdTech, IT solutions, or education services.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE education landscape and sales dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel extensively across the UAE.
  • Experience working with schools or educational institutions is an added advantage.
