Location: Swargate, Pune Fresher & Exp bith can Apply Qualification: Essential: Graduate in any discipline. Desirable: Proficiency in English and one or more regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Gujarati). Key Responsibilities: Conduct telephonic counselling sessions with prospective students and their parents. Provide information on educational programs, courses, and admission processes. Assist students in selecting appropriate courses based on their interests and academic background. Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversions. Maintain accurate records of interactions and student information. Achieve individual and team targets for admissions and conversions. Desired Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with students and parents. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. Goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
