Position: Inside Sales Professional (EdTech) Location: Bangalore (Work from Office) Shifts: Day Shifts Key Requirements: Qualification: Graduate with at least 6 months of experience in EdTech sales or MBA freshers in marketing and sales specialization. Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi Both. Experience: 6 months to 7 years in sales (Inside sales experience is a must). Age: 18-32 years. Working Days: 6 days/week, Sunday fixed off. PERKS AND BENEFITS - Performanced Based Incentive. SALARY : For MBA Freshers (2024 pass outs): 4.2 LPA + Incentives and other corporate benefits. For Experienced: Up to 6 LPA (depends on communication skills & last drawn salary). RESPONSIBILITIES : Responsible for student admission and achieving targets. Provides coaching and mentoring to team members. Deliver information on programs, promotions, and products via phone. Understand customer needs/requirements and pitch a suitable program. Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas. Counsel, interact with students and parents. Provide feedback to senior management and functional counterparts on market dynamics, product issues, and competition.
