We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
· Plan and execute digital campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and Display Ads to generate qualified Sales, leads and enquiries.
· Run geo-targeted and intent-driven ads to increase store visits, walk-ins, and event registrations.
· Drive awareness and buzz campaigns around exhibitions, launches, and retail events.
· Partner with PR & influencer teams to amplify reach and generate store-level impact.
· Implement retargeting strategies to convert high-intent users into visits and purchases.
· Build and manage lead nurturing journeys via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and CRM automations to convert leads into footfalls.
· Optimize campaigns for both e-commerce ROAS and offline conversions.
· Manage native & programmatic platforms for maximum ROI
· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
· Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
· Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, photoshoots & collection launches
· Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
· Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
· Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
· Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
· Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
· Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
· Proven success in scaling campaigns profitably with monthly ad spends of ₹50L+.
· Strong track record of maintaining healthy ROAS while generating leads and offline conversions.
· Experience with luxury retail, jewellery, or fashion brands.
· Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify, Zoho CRM, and analytics tools.
· Advanced skills in Excel and data mining platforms.
· Strong understanding of lead funnels, geo-targeting, and omnichannel retail strategies.
