Job Description: · Build, plan and implement the overall paid media strategy to acquire new customers. · Manage media platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads and Criteo. · Manage Google Merchant Centre. · Experience using tools like Google Analytics, GTM etc. · Manage monthly media budgets. · Performance measurement and daily campaign optimisation. · Spot trends and insights for smarter decisions and better results. Use data-driven insights to attract quality traffic and acquire customers. · Manage the media agency and ensure all KPIs are met. Agency Collaboration to create a detailed media plan geared towards meeting the campaign goals and manage campaigns. · Stay updated with latest developments in the digital marketing world. · Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies. · Should be able to work independently and grow the account. Requirements: · 8 to 10+ years of experience in digital marketing · Expertise managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager is a must · Great interpersonal and communication skills · E commerce experience will be a plus · Incredible attention to detail · Problem solving skills · Bachelor’s/Master’s in marketing or relevant field Show more Show less
