Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable jewellery products. Daily tasks include achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, maintaining store presentation standards, assisting in inventory management, and utilizing product knowledge to boost sales. The role also involves building strong customer relationships and keeping up-to-date with product offerings and market trends. Qualifications Sales skills, including understanding customer needs and achieving sales targets Customer service skills, with a focus on providing an excellent shopping experience Knowledge of jewellery products and the ability to communicate product benefits Inventory management skills, including assisting in stock control and replenishment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in the jewellery industry, is a plus A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are beneficial Show more Show less
