Job Title: E-commerce Manager Location: Jhandewalan, New Delhi, India Company: Dhampur Green Job Summary: Dhampur Green is seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and manage our online sales platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, sales strategies, performance marketing, and customer engagement across marketplaces and our brand website. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute online sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, and our own website. Optimize product listings, pricing, inventory management, and promotions to enhance visibility and sales conversion. Manage and analyze performance data to improve customer experience, retention, and sales. Collaborate with supply chain, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce activities. Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and platform policy changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. 1-3 years of proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms, preferably in FMCG or food categories. Strong knowledge of marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and Shopify. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Preferred Skills: Understanding of logistics, warehousing, and order fulfillment processes. Prior exposure to sustainable or organic food brands will be an advantage.
