Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Operations Manager to support the daily operations of our online business. You will lead and manage ecommerce order management, fulfillment,, communications and customer support to ensure smooth backend operations and a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily order processing, tracking, and returns across ecommerce and delivery platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Delhivery, Shiprocket). Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse partners for stock replenishment. Upload and update product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and offers across platforms. Assist in setting up and managing promotions, discounts, and special campaigns. Troubleshoot operational issues related to orders, payments, and shipping, ensuring timely resolution. Support the customer service team by addressing order-related queries and escalations. Generate and maintain reports on order volumes, returns, and operational KPIs. Maintain process documents and suggest improvements for operational efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 1–3 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce operations, preferably with D2C brands. Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms. Familiarity with Delhivery, Shiprocket or similar delivery management platforms. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and basic data analysis. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working in cross-functional teams. Nice to Have: Experience with OMS (Order Management Systems) or ERP tools. Basic knowledge of SEO for product listings. Prior exposure to a startup or fast-paced growth environment.
