Role Overview:

Ecommerce Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily order processing, tracking, and returns across ecommerce and delivery platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Delhivery, Shiprocket).
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse partners for stock replenishment.
• Upload and update product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and offers across platforms.
• Assist in setting up and managing promotions, discounts, and special campaigns.
• Troubleshoot operational issues related to orders, payments, and shipping, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support the customer service team by addressing order-related queries and escalations.
• Generate and maintain reports on order volumes, returns, and operational KPIs.
• Maintain process documents and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce operations, preferably with D2C brands.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Delhivery, Shiprocket or similar delivery management platforms.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and basic data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working in cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with OMS (Order Management Systems) or ERP tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO for product listings.
• Prior exposure to a startup or fast-paced growth environment.
