Ecommerce Operations Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a self-driven and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations: Senior Executive to manage our end-to-end e-commerce operations on Amazon and Flipkart. This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage product listings, inventory, orders & Returns, warehousing, and customer service — with a strong understanding of how marketplace operations work. Key Responsibilities: Product & Vendor Management Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers for timely procurement Monitor stock levels and reorder as needed Inventory & Warehouse Coordination Track incoming/outgoing stock in Excel or inventory software Coordinate with warehouse staff or third-party logistics for dispatch and packaging Marketplace Operations (Amazon & Flipkart) Create, update, and optimize product listings Ensure all SKUs are live with correct stock, images, and pricing Handle catalog errors, listing issues, and pricing mismatches Order Management Track daily orders, shipments, and delivery statuses Handle returns and replacements as per platform guidelines Customer Service & Support Respond to customer queries, reviews, and complaints Ensure a positive buying experience and fast resolution of issues Reporting & Coordination Maintain weekly dashboards for sales, inventory, and returns Work with accounting team for invoices, fees reconciliation, and GST compliance Requirements: 1–4 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub Strong skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets Basic understanding of logistics, invoicing, and GST Ability to multitask and take ownership of end-to-end responsibilities Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): Experience with tools like Unicommerce, Browntape, EasyEcom, etc. Understanding of Amazon ads or Flipkart promotions Why Join Us?
