Ecommerce Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations, which includes procurement, inventory management, warehousing, last-mile delivery, and customer support. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. - Utilizing data analytics to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement across all operational functions. - Defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and KRAs (Key Result Areas) for all teams under your supervision. - Recruiting, training, and mentoring team members to foster a culture of accountability and high performance. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams (tech, marketing, finance) to support business growth and new initiatives. - Ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to operations, logistics, and customer service. - Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts to optimize procurement and logistics costs. - Designing and implementing scalable processes and SOPs for all operational activities. - Preparing and presenting regular reports and dashboards to senior management on operational performance and improvement plans.
