Ecommerce Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the Shopify store, including:

-Product uploads

-Collection setup

-Pricing strategies

-User experience (UX) improvements

-Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators:

-Website traffic

-Conversion rates

-Product sales performance

-Coordinate with vendors and warehouse/logistics teams for:

-Inventory management

-Timely order fulfillment

-Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis focused on:

-U.S. consumer behavior

-Trends in e-commerce

-Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on:

-Promotions and campaigns

-Product launches

-Seasonal sales planning

-Ensure exceptional customer experience through:

-Proactive issue resolution

-Order tracking and support

-Regularly audit and improve:

-Product SEO

-Collection filters

-Tags and category structure

Requirements:

• ✔️ 1–2 years of e-commerce operations experience (Shopify preferred)
• 🌍 Familiarity with handling US market operations and consumer trends
• 📈 Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Google Analytics & Google Sheets/Excel
• 🤝 Ability to work independently with high accountability
• 🗣 Excellent organizational and communication skills
