About the Role:

E-Commerce Manager/Executive

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless digital commerce experiences that align with business objectives and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and maintain e-commerce stores on the

  Shopify platform

• Implement design improvements, site optimizations, and app integrations
• Troubleshoot performance and usability issues to ensure optimal site functionality
• Oversee product catalog management, pricing, promotions, and content updates
• Manage order workflows, customer journey enhancements, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Work on international e-commerce strategies, including multi-currency, language, and logistics setups
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams for campaign execution and ongoing improvements
• Generate regular reports on store performance, KPIs, and suggest improvements

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Minimum

  8 years of experience

  in e-commerce management with proven Shopify expertise
• Strong understanding of Shopify apps, themes, Liquid code, and integrations
• Experience managing both

  domestic and international

  e-commerce operations
• Deep knowledge of conversion optimization, SEO for e-commerce, and performance metrics
• Experience working with U.S.-based e-commerce brands or clients
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines independently
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
