Ecommerce Operations Manager

As the Operations Head at a leading Fashion Mens Accessories Brand, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects, including supply chain, production, logistics, inventory management, and team leadership. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the seamless execution of the brand's objectives with a strong emphasis on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include being an expert in E-commerce operations, particularly in Uniware and backend order processing. You will develop and execute plans to enhance online sales and increase the brand's visibility. Additionally, you will manage website operations, optimize user experience and interface, and track performance metrics. You will play a crucial role in analyzing sales data, improving conversion rates, and driving revenue growth through digital marketing initiatives such as SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media promotions. Moreover, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate product listings, pricing, and stock availability to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your role will also involve enhancing customer satisfaction by improving the user journey, addressing customer queries, and providing exceptional service. You will be expected to track key performance indicators, generate insightful reports, and offer actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. To qualify for this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience in operations, preferably in the fashion or retail industry. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in inventory and logistics software.
