Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated E-commerce Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage advertising campaigns, drive performance, and optimize client accounts across major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.). The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in marketplace advertising, strong analytical skills, and the ability to maintain key client relationships.



Key Responsibilities:


Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales and increase product visibility on major online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.).
  • Create and manage sponsored product ads, brand ads, and display ads to promote client products effectively.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and optimize listings and ad campaigns for better visibility and conversion.
  • Regularly monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) to refine and optimize advertising efforts.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices on marketplace platforms.



Account Management & Client Relations:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key e-commerce partners, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution.
  • Regularly engage with marketplace platforms to optimize product listings, resolve issues, and keep track of performance.
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients regarding inventory levels, product performance, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns on e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure all product listings comply with e-commerce platform guidelines and monitor any changes in platform policies.
Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Utilize tools like Excel and other analytics platforms to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both marketing campaigns and account management.
  • Generate detailed performance reports, providing insights into sales trends, marketplace analytics, and areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to make strategic recommendations for both marketing and account management actions.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketplace advertising and account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster and maintain partnerships.
  • Proven experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
