E-commerce Marketing Specialist (WhatsApp, SMS, Email) | Full-Time Remote (India) We’re looking for an experienced E-commerce Marketing Specialist from India to manage and grow client accounts across WhatsApp, SMS, and email channels. You’ll be working directly with established Shopify brands, managing their retention and communication campaigns, setting up automations, and keeping clients updated with performance reports. Manage e-commerce client accounts and communications 2. Plan, create, and send WhatsApp & SMS newsletters 3. Set up automated WhatsApp and SMS flows 4. Manage campaigns and automations 5. Prepare weekly performance reports and suggest improvements 6. Ensure quick, clear client communication 7 days a week 7. Coordinate closely with internal tech and client success teams What We’re Looking For 1. Strong understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo and e-commerce marketing 2. Experience with email, SMS marketing, and WhatsApp marketing 3. Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business API and Meta infrastructure 4. Excellent English communication and reporting skills 5.
