Job Title: E-commerce Manager Location: Navi Mumbai – Mahape Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month Joining: Immediate Job Overview: We are seeking a hands-on and organized E-commerce Manager to oversee and manage our online operations across Zepto and Amazon Vendor Central. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end platform management, including product listings, purchase orders, invoicing, inward follow-ups, and inventory coordination to ensure smooth operations and stock availability at all times. Key Responsibilities: Zepto Platform: Manage daily Zepto sales and reporting. Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate approvals. Generate and manage invoices in coordination with accounts. Follow up with warehouse/logistics for inward movement and GRNs. Amazon Vendor Central: Manage Amazon VC dashboard and operations. Create and upload new SKUs with accurate product information. Monitor inventory levels and ensure replenishment as needed. Work with internal teams to forecast demand and avoid stockouts. Inventory & Master Data Management: Maintain the Master SKU file and ensure data accuracy across platforms. Regularly audit inventory data and coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams. Monitor fast-moving/slow-moving SKUs and report accordingly. Collaborate with the sales and planning teams for accurate forecasting. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant e-commerce management experience. Strong working knowledge of Zepto and Amazon Vendor Central. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership. Nice to Have: Experience in FMCG, retail, or D2C brands.
