Job Overview:

E-commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Zepto Platform:

• Manage daily Zepto sales and reporting.
• Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate approvals.
• Generate and manage invoices in coordination with accounts.
• Follow up with warehouse/logistics for inward movement and GRNs.

Amazon Vendor Central:

• Manage Amazon VC dashboard and operations.
• Create and upload new SKUs with accurate product information.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure replenishment as needed.
• Work with internal teams to forecast demand and avoid stockouts.

Inventory & Master Data Management:

• Maintain the Master SKU file and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
• Regularly audit inventory data and coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams.
• Monitor fast-moving/slow-moving SKUs and report accordingly.
• Collaborate with the sales and planning teams for accurate forecasting.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant e-commerce management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Zepto and Amazon Vendor Central.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in FMCG, retail, or D2C brands.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management tools.
