Merchandise Manager

You are sought after to join as a Merchandiser in our team located in Navi Mumbai. The role requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to manage the complete merchandise process, starting from sourcing factories to ensuring timely delivery. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to efficiently handle multiple responsibilities with accuracy. Your responsibilities will include identifying, evaluating, and establishing relationships with suitable factories for production. You will oversee the end-to-end merchandise cycle, ensuring timely sample development and on-time delivery of orders. Prepare and maintain clear, concise reports on order status, production timelines, and quality updates. Submit Time & Action (T&A) plans accurately and on time, coordinating with relevant departments. Actively resolve production and supply chain challenges to ensure uninterrupted workflows. Key Skills required for this role include a strong knowledge of garment production and export procedures, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and effective time management skills to work under pressure. The compensation offered for this position ranges from 4.8 Lakhs to 6 Lakhs annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
