Merchandise Manager

As a Merchandiser based in Noida with Global HR Expert, your role will involve overseeing the planning and execution of merchandise strategies, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that product assortments align with market demands. You will be a key contact for H&M Business, ensuring strong communication, customer service, and daily project review with the Cross-Functional Team (CFT) and Customer. Your responsibilities will also include H&M Product development, understanding design basics, ensuring 1st delivery to the customer, and fabric shade business development. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the planning and execution of merchandise strategies - Manage inventory levels and ensure product assortments align with market demands - Develop H&M products and ensure 1st delivery to the customer - Drive fabric shade business development - Act as a key contact for H&M Business - Conduct daily project reviews with CFT and Customer Qualifications Required: - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills - H&M Product development experience is a must - Understanding of design basics and ensuring 1st delivery to the customer - Fabric Shade business development experience - B.Tech (Mechanical) or a related field In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your 6-8 years of experience in the export industry. The position is full-time and on-site in Noida with a salary range of 8-10 LPA.,
