Role Overview As our E-commerce Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing our presence across key online retail platforms including **Flipkart, Nykaa, Zepto, Blinkit**, and others. This role is a mix of strategic planning, marketplace operations, performance marketing, and relationship management. Responsibilities 1. Marketplace Management Manage day-to-day operations across all non-Amazon online retailers. Monitor product listings, pricing, descriptions, and ensure brand consistency. Track inventory status, demand planning, and coordinate with internal teams and fulfillment partners. Coordinate with marketplace account managers to execute brand campaigns, promotions, and product launches. 2. Performance Optimization Analyze platform data (sales, CTR, conversions, ROAS) to optimize product visibility and performance. Implement seasonal promotions, offers, and bundles across platforms. Identify growth opportunities and category trends within each marketplace. 3. Ads & Promotions Manage and run platform-specific paid ad campaigns (e.g., Flipkart PLA, Nykaa ads). Track campaign performance and optimize spends to drive ROI. Liaise with creative teams for banner ads, product images, and promotional content. 4. Stakeholder & Partner Coordination Build strong relationships with marketplace category managers, retail partners, and internal teams. Work closely with supply chain, warehousing, and finance for smooth operations. Collaborate with brand and performance marketing teams to align brand messaging across touchpoints. Qualifications 3-6 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce operations, preferably in the D2C or FMCG space. Proven experience with Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, or similar platforms. Comfortable running platform ads and using tools like Unicommerce, Assiduus, or similar e-comm dashboards. Strong analytical skills – Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace dashboards are your best friends. Detail-oriented, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Nice to Have Experience working in the beauty/skincare or personal care industry. Familiarity with quick commerce platforms like Zepto/Blinkit. Understanding of warehouse integrations and e-commerce backend tools. Show more Show less
