E-Commerce Growth Manager / E-Commerce & Marketplace Manager

About the Role: We’re on the hunt for a dynamic E-Commerce Specialist who can supercharge our online presence and manage digital storefronts with creativity and precision. If you understand the pulse of quick commerce and know how to make online marketplaces thrive, this role is made for you!

What you'll do:

- Drive growth across quick-commerce channels while ensuring smooth and efficient day to day operations.

- Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to develop strategies that maximize business outcomes.

- Oversee and refine product listings by collaborating with internal/external teams to ensure the best-quality listings are put forward across marketplaces.

- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to execute campaigns and growth-driving initiatives.

- Monitor and optimize inventory, pricing, promotions, customer reviews, and overall customer experience across all platforms.

- Ensure seamless order flow and effectively resolve customer escalations to maintain service excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce or online marketplace management.

- Strong knowledge of quick commerce models and digital sales strategies.

- Analytical, data driven mindset with attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple platforms efficiently.

- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
