About the Role We’re a Canada-based brand expanding our operations with a new office in Surat. We’re looking for an E-Commerce Manager who can be the bridge between our customers, design/ops team, and online sales channels. This role is a mix of client communication, order coordination, and digital marketing (Google Ads, SEO, Amazon & Etsy). If you enjoy talking to customers, organizing details, and growing sales online, this is for you. Key Responsibilities 1 - Client Communication & Quotes Reply to inbound enquiries (email / WhatsApp). Understand requirements and share accurate quotes. Coordinate with clients till order confirmation. 2 - Google Ads & SEO Help set up and monitor Google Ads campaigns. Do basic keyword research and SEO updates for product pages. Share simple performance reports (clicks, leads, sales). 3 - Amazon & Etsy Management Manage listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing). Keep inventory and lead times updated. Monitor reviews and respond to customer queries. 4 - Mock-Ups & Coordination Be the primary POC for clients after enquiry. Coordinate mock-ups with the design team. Share mock-ups, collect feedback, track final approvals. 5 - Order & Billing Management Create and manage orders on Shopify. Coordinate invoices on QuickBooks. Work with ops to ensure orders move to production and dispatch smoothly. Requirements 1–3 years’ experience in E-commerce operations / client servicing / digital marketing. Good written and spoken English. Familiar with at least one of: Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, or Google Ads. Strong coordination, follow-up, and attention to detail. Nice to Have Experience with QuickBooks or any accounting tool. Prior work with D2C / export-focused brands. What You Get Work with an international brand from a growing Surat office .
