Job Summary As a Vendor Management Profile at the Company, you will be responsible for managing our relationships with third party vendors and ensuring seamless collaboration to meet business objectives. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, negotiating contracts, monitoring vendor performance, and fostering long-term partnerships. Responsibilities• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors based on business needs and requirements. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, acting as the primary point of contact. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to obtain the best value for the company. • Monitor vendor performance, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards. • Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and address any issues or concerns proactively. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive vendor performance improvement initiatives. • Manage vendor contracts, renewals, and terminations in compliance with company policies.• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and efficiency enhancements within the vendor management process. • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in vendor management. • Coordinate with accounts team for verifying invoices and processing vendor advances and payments. • Work closely with vendors to develop and source new products or components that meet business requirements, enhance product offerings, and drive innovation. Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • Proven experience in vendor management or procurement, ideally within the [industry/sector] field. • Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor evaluation skills. • Proficient in data analysis, reporting and organisational skills. • Familiarity with vendor management software and tools.
