About the Role

E-Commerce Manager/Executive

In this role, you will oversee Shopify store development, performance improvements, and third-party integrations to drive success for our e-commerce clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage Shopify-based e-commerce stores
• Execute store enhancements, performance optimization, and custom integrations
• Handle product catalog setup, pricing, content updates, and promotions
• Monitor site performance and implement solutions for faster speed and better UX
• Improve conversion rates through A/B testing and customer journey improvements
• Manage international e-commerce elements including currency, tax, and shipping setups
• Coordinate with marketing, design, and tech teams to support sales initiatives
• Generate and analyze performance reports to drive data-backed improvements

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in managing Shopify e-commerce stores
• Strong command of Shopify platform, apps, themes, and Liquid code
• Experience in managing both

  domestic and international

  e-commerce operations
• Excellent understanding of e-commerce KPIs, conversion optimization, and SEO
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Good communication and problem-solving ability

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with

  U.S. e-commerce clients or brands

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Klaviyo, and other marketing tools
• Knowledge of international shipping and logistics
• Exposure to platforms like WooCommerce, Magento, or BigCommerce
