Job Description

E-commerce Growth Manager


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Own and deliver monthly/quarterly revenue targets across website, app, and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Track KPIs such as AOV, conversion rates, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and cart abandonment

Website & App Management

  • Oversee product listings, promotions, banners, and merchandising
  • Collaborate with tech/design teams for UI/UX improvements and CRO (conversion rate optimization)
  • Monitor funnel performance via tools like GA4, Mixpanel, or Hotjar

Marketplace Operations

  • Coordinate with marketplace teams for campaign participation, deal visibility, and product launches
  • Optimize product content, keyword performance, pricing, and reviews
  • Ensure stock availability, pricing accuracy, and SLA adherence

Performance Marketing & Growth Hacking

  • Drive traffic and conversions via paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, affiliate networks)
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and CRM channels
  • Continuously A/B test creatives, CTAs, landing pages

E-commerce Operations & Customer Experience

  • Coordinate with warehousing/logistics for timely deliveries and returns
  • Work with CS and Tech teams to reduce friction and resolve customer complaints
  • Monitor NPS, feedback loops, and improve post-purchase experience

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build dashboards to track business health and performance
  • Identify growth opportunities using data insights, cohort analysis, and funnel drop-offs

  • Requirements:

    • 3–5 years of e-commerce experience, preferably in D2C or FMCG/retail brands
    • Strong understanding of Shopify/Magento/Custom CMS + marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
    • Familiarity with marketing tools: Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Klaviyo/MoEngage
    • Hands-on with Excel/GSheets, analytics tools, and basic SQL (preferred)
    • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving mindset
    • Passion for pets and comfort with a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in omni-channel retail or pet care/e-commerce sector
    • Exposure to Q-commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto is a plus

  • Location : Ahmedabad
