Job Description

We seek an Marketplace Growth Specialist for a D2C brand in Mumbai.


Job Responsibilities


Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement high-ROI performance marketing campaigns across paid channels.
  • Manage end-to-end paid media campaigns, from planning and execution to analysis and optimization.
  • Optimize ad creatives, messaging, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies to maximize conversion rates and minimize acquisition costs.


Data-Driven Optimization & Analytics:

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize ad spend and targeting.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve ad effectiveness.
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools to measure performance and derive actionable insights.


Customer Acquisition & Growth:

  • Develop strategies to drive new customer acquisition and scale revenue profitably.
  • Implement retargeting campaigns to engage high-intent users and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the retention team to create full-funnel marketing strategies that drive both acquisition and loyalty - especially on amazon - how do we get these customers to become brand website customers


Marketplace & Affiliate Marketing Support:

  • Work closely with marketplace teams (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) to drive paid promotions and optimize ROAS on external platforms.
  • Explore and manage partnerships with influencers, affiliate networks, and performance-based collaborations to enhance reach and acquisition.


Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Manage performance marketing budgets efficiently, allocating spending based on data-driven insights.
  • Forecast and report on expected ROI, customer acquisition costs, and revenue impact of campaigns.


Job Qualifications


● 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital advertising, within a large D2C or e-commerce brand.

● Proven expertise in managing high-scale paid media campaigns with strong knowledge of scaling on Amazon, Flipkar, Myntra, and programmatic advertising.

● Deep understanding of key performance metrics like CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and LTV.

● Hands-on experience with tools

● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and present actionable insights.
