What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead and manage e-commerce growth strategy across top online platforms

Own relationships with marketplaces and uncover new digital distribution opportunities

Execute high-impact campaigns tailored to each platform to boost visibility and sales

Optimize listings, monitor performance, and run promotions using real-time insights

Collaborate with content, design, and operations teams for a seamless brand experience

Leverage analytics tools to track KPIs and maximize ROI

Deliver regular reports and insights to drive decisions and performance

Ensure the brand’s presence remains premium, engaging, and accessible across all digital shelves

What You Bring:

5–7 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce (preferably Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG, or Retail)

At least 3 years managing marketplace campaigns (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.)

Strong grasp of SEO, PPC, keyword bidding, and digital merchandising

Proficiency in e-commerce tools, dashboards, and marketing analytics platforms

Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and marketplace/vendor relationship management

Strategic thinker with a passion for experimentation and growth

Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
