Role Overview
The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for driving online sales, managing product lifecycle across platforms, optimising performance, managing leads, and leveraging data-driven insights to accelerate revenue growth. This role requires a strong blend of operational efficiency, analytical thinking, and customer-centric decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Operations & Growth
• Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across marketplaces and brand-owned platforms.
• Oversee product listings, catalogue hygiene, pricing, promotions, inventory accuracy, and order management.
• Optimise product visibility, customer engagement, and conversion through continuous improvements.
Platform Management
• Manage and optimise storefronts on platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, and online marketplaces.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for platform updates, UI/UX improvements, and performance enhancements.
Lead Management & Client Interaction
• Handle lead management as a core responsibility—tracking, nurturing, and converting leads from digital channels.
• Interact with clients, distributors, and partners to support enquiries, conversions, and post-purchase requirements.
• Actively drive lead generation through campaigns, listings, and platform-specific initiatives.
Analytics & Insights
• Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and market trends to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance reviews to support decision-making.
• Use insights to refine product strategies, pricing, marketing, and promotional plans.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, design, supply chain, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Support campaign planning and execution across digital channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry with a proven track record of driving online sales and revenue.
• Strong expertise in product listings, catalogue management, pricing strategies, inventory coordination, and marketplace operations.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, payment gateways, order management systems, and CRM tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal). Knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience managing platforms such as Shopify, Magento, and/or WooCommerce.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction, lead nurturing, and cross-team coordination.
• A results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on process, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
