We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented B2B & Export Sales Executive to help us grow our presence across India and key global markets. From onboarding institutional buyers to coordinating export operations, this role is for someone who’s excited to take meaningful products to meaningful places. Key Responsibilities: B2B Sales Development: Identify and connect with potential B2B buyers including retailers, gifting platforms, hotels, wellness stores, and other institutional clients. Share product information, build proposals, and manage follow-ups till closure. Maintain strong partner relationships and ensure repeat business through timely communication. Export Sales & Coordination: Respond to export inquiries, coordinate pricing, shipping, and export documentation. Ensure all certifications and regulatory requirements are met. Explore and support entry into new international markets. Sales Operations & Reporting: Maintain sales reports, lead tracking, and CRM records. Collaborate with internal teams across production, logistics, and marketing to ensure smooth execution. Share regular updates on progress and new leads. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field. Experience: 1–2 years in B2B sales, client servicing, or export coordination preferred. Skills Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic understanding of sales and export operations Good follow-up and organizational habits Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools Ability to manage multiple leads and timelines Preferred: Experience in FMCG, wellness, or sustainable products Exposure to international buyers or trade shows Familiarity with logistics or shipping platforms This is a growth-oriented role for someone looking to build expertise in both B2B and export sales while working on purpose-driven, high-quality products.
