Job Description

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy, manage our e-commerce platform, and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities


1. Strategy Development: Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales, revenue, and customer engagement.

2. Platform Management: Oversee e-commerce platform operations, ensuring smooth functionality, and troubleshooting technical issues.

3. Product Management: Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.

4. Content Creation: Develop and implement content marketing strategies, including product descriptions, blog posts, and social media content.

5. Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.

6. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to inform business decisions.

7. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.

8. Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

9. Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage e-commerce budget, forecasting sales and expenses.

10. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor e-commerce team members.


Requirements


1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2. Experience: 3+ years of e-commerce management.

3. Platform expertise: Experience with e-commerce & marketplace platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Woo Commerce & Myntra, First Cry, Nykaa, Ajio, Hopscotch etc). 

4. Digital marketing knowledge: Understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.

5. Analytical skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics and data analysis.

6. Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

7. Leadership skills: Proven leadership and team management experience.


Nice to Have


1. Certifications: Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Shopify certifications.

2. Experience with CRM software: Familiarity with customer relationship management tools.

3. Knowledge of web development: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
