EA to Managing Director

As an Executive Assistant at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Managing Director (MD) in driving business plan execution and ensuring operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing administrative support to the MD by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and assisting with day-to-day tasks. - Coordinating with functional heads to drive business plan execution and follow up on action items from meetings. - Supporting strategic planning and decision-making through data analysis and reporting. - Managing project coordination by tracking progress, preparing timelines, and status reports. - Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communication and organizing travel logistics. - Maintaining confidentiality, handling sensitive information with discretion, and ensuring filing systems are up-to-date. Qualifications required for this role include: - 4 to 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project management software. - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Postgraduate degree preferred, along with prior experience in a corporate setting.
