Performance Marketing Manager
who can fuel our customer acquisition engine and drive measurable growth.
What You’ll Do
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will own end-to-end execution, analysis, and optimization of digital campaigns across platforms to scale our revenue efficiently.
🚀 Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and scale paid marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and programmatic platforms
- Own and optimize CAC, ROAS, LTV and other funnel KPIs
- Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages to drive performance
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and copies
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Shopify (or similar) to track performance and customer journeys
- Manage monthly budgets and daily spends with efficiency and accountability
- Identify new growth opportunities through emerging channels (e.g., influencer marketing, native ads, WhatsApp, Telegram, Snapchat)
- Regularly share insights and performance reports with leadership
What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills:
- 3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in a D2C, ecommerce, or startup environment
- Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Excel/Sheets for reporting
- Strong understanding of funnels, cohorts, customer journeys, and attribution models
- Data-first mindset: ability to make decisions based on metrics and ROI
- Experience managing budgets >₹5L per month across platforms
🌟 Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience in consumer brands or growth-stage startups
- Familiarity with WebEngage, MoEngage, or CRM tools
- Creative eye for ad design and copy
- Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and organic social
