Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, operations, product, and business teams to ensure seamless program delivery. Facilitate cross-functional discussions to resolve roadblocks. Data-Driven Decision Making: Track and report key metrics to evaluate program success. Use data insights to drive continuous improvements and inform decision-making. Leadership & Mentoring: Provide leadership in driving project teams, helping them to perform at their best and ensuring collaboration across teams. Mentor junior team members on program management best practices. Required Qualifications Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up or similar environment. At least 1 year of hands-on experience in program management, managing cross-functional projects from conception to delivery. Education: Engineering degree from a premier institution (IIT, NIT, or equivalent) is preferred. A strong technical background with the ability to understand and manage engineering and operational teams is a must. Skills & Expertise: Strong project management skills, with experience in agile and waterfall methodologies. Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
