Dot Net Core Developer / Lead

As a Dot Net Core Developer / Lead, you will play a crucial role in our development team by designing, developing, and maintaining applications using the .NET Core framework. Your main responsibilities will include leading the development of high-quality software solutions that meet the business objectives and technical standards of the organization. You should have a strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices, with expertise in coding, architecture, and mentoring less experienced developers. Your day-to-day tasks will involve developing and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating with product managers and designers to define product requirements, creating performant and secure RESTful APIs, and overseeing the design and architecture of software solutions. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers, performing code reviews, managing version control using Git, writing tests, troubleshooting applications, and participating in Agile ceremonies. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in software development using .NET technologies. Strong proficiency in ASP.NET Core, MVC architectures, entity frameworks, and RESTful services is essential. Experience with Docker, microservices architecture, Agile methodologies, and cloud services like Azure and AWS is highly desirable. You should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning and staying updated with the latest .NET technologies and industry trends. In addition, you will be required to provide technical documentation for developed solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system integration, and ensure adherence to security best practices and CI/CD practices. Your ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and lead or mentor other developers will be key to your success in this role.
