As a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Sales, you will play a crucial role in the real estate industry by engaging with potential clients, delivering effective sales presentations, negotiating deals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging with potential clients visiting the real estate site, understanding their requirements, and providing relevant information about the available properties. - Conducting effective sales presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the properties, emphasizing value propositions, and addressing client queries. - Skillfully negotiating terms and conditions to ensure a win-win situation for both the client and the company. - Closing deals efficiently to meet or exceed sales targets. - Staying updated on real estate market trends and providing insights into competitor activities and market conditions to inform sales strategies. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process and beyond. - Assisting clients in completing necessary documentation and collaborating with legal and administrative teams to ensure smooth transaction processes. - Actively participating in lead generation activities, such as cold calling, online marketing, and promotional events. - Providing regular sales reports, detailing activities, achievements, and challenges, and collaborating with the sales manager to analyze performance and strategize for improvement. - Adhering to the company's sales policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements to ensure compliance with relevant regulations governing real estate transactions. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the real estate industry. - Strong understanding of the real estate market in Chennai. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven negotiation and closing abilities. - Familiarity with relevant legal and documentation processes. - Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Your education background should include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
